Emails from TalyxOS

If you received an email from no-reply@notify.talyxos.com, your employer uses TalyxOS and added you as an employee or administrator. We send only messages about your account and your work, such as:

  • an invitation to set up your account, or a password reset you asked for;
  • a request waiting for your approval, or the result of a request you made;
  • a notice that a document or payslip is ready to view (the email never shows amounts or personal details).

We never send marketing, and we never sell or share email addresses. To stop receiving these messages, ask your employer's HR team to update or close your account. You can also write to us at privacy@talyxos.com.

This notice explains what information this website and the TalyxOS platform handle, and why. TalyxOS is operated by an independent company that is being incorporated; its legal name and address will be published here when that is complete.

This website

talyxos.com uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. Our hosting provider receives standard request data (IP address, browser type and time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps it only for a short period.

The TalyxOS platform

Companies use TalyxOS to manage information about their own employees: contact details, job and contract information, time off, documents and payroll. Each employer decides what information it enters and why. TalyxOS processes that information only on the employer's behalf and under a written agreement with it.

If you are an employee, please contact your employer's HR team first to see, correct or delete your information. We will help them respond.

How we protect it

  • Each company's information is kept separate from every other company's, and people see only what their role allows.
  • Information is encrypted in transit. Sensitive fields such as bank accounts and identity numbers are also encrypted in the database.
  • Notification emails never include salary, health or disciplinary details.

Email delivery records

When we send a notification, our email provider tells us whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam. We keep that record so we stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain.

Your rights

Depending on the country where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Write to privacy@talyxos.com and we will answer, together with your employer where the information belongs to them.

We will update this notice as TalyxOS grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
